Shiva Yoga Peeth is a government registered organization having yoga centre and yoga schools in Rishikesh for the promotion and betterment of Yoga and Spiritual healing in India and the world. Shiva Yoga Peeth is involved in spiritual and Yogic activities across the world. People who are associated with the organization are persistently doing research work for empowerment of Yoga and allied science.

Rules & Regulations

As a Institution we boundaries and criteria which are mapped with specific rules and regulations, all students are advised to follow our rules and regulations during the course!

1. Every student is requested to fulfill the registration formalities and submit the required information and course fee before the starting of the course.

2. Student can pay in Indian Rupees or in Dollars , Euro or Ponds.

3. Every student must follow the dress rule strictly as instructed.

4. Every student is requested to come to the class in yoga dress;

5. Every question which is asked by the students in the class must be related to course only.

6. The female students are requested to inform about their monthly period.and better to stop some poses like Shoulder stand,Head stand,Viparitakarani and Kapalbhati,Uddiyan bandha etc.

7. All students are instructed to come to the class at least 5 minute before schedule timing

8. All Teacher training students are requested not to join any other educational or hobby programs during their course with Shivayogapeeth

9. Every student is requested to strictly follow the diet & living rule as mention by Yogi Sudhir. This is for your better.

10. Don’t eat spicy, nonveg outside, as this is strictly not allowed to ashram in the course duration. Students need to have only Sattvik food,

11. All students have to follow discipline of Shivayogapeeth.Any kind of misbehavior with other student or teacher will be firmly assumed as breaking of code of conduct of institution.

12. The effectiveness of course or progress of students based on the physical and intellectual capability as well as the living standard of students in which they been living and adopting : hence student have to be fully devoted and obeying all the rules and disciplines of yogic path.

13. Any assistance which is needed by student will be entertained in a close possible way.

14. No extra activities allowed in the class. For all the gossips and personal discussion you will have spare time other than class.

15. In Shivayogapeeth – the religious discussions in a comparative way are not allowed in the institution.We respect to all religion.
